Rehabilitation Nurses

At Northwestern Medicine Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, you will have a registered professional nurse on your care team. The nurse will have expertise in rehabilitation. A patient care technician will also help care for you at the nurse's direction.

Your rehabilitation nurse will work with you and your family to:

Develop a care plan based on your needs and goals.
Help you and your family follow your care plan.
Educate you about skills to help you adjust to any limitations.
Educate you about your health condition, medications and more.
Answer any of your questions.
